Participant eligibility:

Participants shall be full-time primary school, high school, or undergraduate students enrolled in Macau’s educational establishments in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Photos may be submitted by any of them up to 25 years old (as of 1 June 2024) in one of the following categories in the 2024/2025 Academic Year:

• Upper Primary School: Students enrolled in Grade 4-6;

• Middle School: Students enrolled in Form 1-3/Grade 7-9;

• Senior High School: Students enrolled in Form 4-6/Grade 10-12;

• College: Full-time undergraduate students.

Theme of the works:

The entries must be themed upon any one or more of the 17 SDGs.

Photo specifications and other conditions:

1. Photos must be saved in JPEG or PNG format.
2. Photo file size must be no larger than 35MB, and no smaller than 300 KB. Photos outside of these limits will be automatically disqualified.
3. Photos must be taken in Macau (i.e. the Macau peninsula, Taipa, Cotai and Coloane) or in Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone.
4. Photos must be submitted with a written description within 100 words in Chinese or English of not more than 100 words, to convey the sustainable development goal(s) as expressed in the photos.
5. Photos must be submitted online at or before 23:59 (Macau time) on 15 October 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
6. Participants may apply minimal and normal processing on the original photo files to an acceptable extent. Examples of ineligible photographs include frame stacking, stitched panoramic, or photos that have been heavily manipulated.
7. Photos with borders/signatures/watermarks will be automatically disqualified.
8. The organiser reserves all rights of inspection of the original works/source materials to confirm the eligibility of participation.
9. Once the work is submitted, any changes to the work will not be accepted, and any submitted work will not be returned.
10. The copyright of the work remains with the creator. By participating in this event, the creator gives permission to the organiser to display, exhibit and duplicate the work, and to use the work for promotion and other purposes, in any forms including digital and print, in any media for the current and future events of the organiser, with no obligation for royalty payments to the creator. The creator’s name will be acknowledged whenever the work is used by the organiser. Should the work submitted by the participant involves copyright or any other infringement or violation of laws, the legal liability shall be borne by the concerned participant. The organiser takes no responsibility and disclaims any liability.
11. Completion of registration by the participant shall be deemed as agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions and formalities governing this activity. The organiser reserves the rights of final decision, interpretation, and revision of the terms and conditions and formalities, without prior consultation and notice.
12. In accordance with Law no. 8/2005, information received during the registration process will only be used for registration and event-related purposes. Photos or videos taken during the event will only be used for promotion purposes related to the event.
13. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the rules, the English version shall prevail.

參與資格：

歡迎所有符合下列參與資格及有興趣用攝影作品表達可持續發展主題的澳門學生參與。

參加者須為於2024/2025學年在澳門學校就讀的全日制學生，最高年齡限制為25歲（截至2024年6月1日為準），並且於2024/2025學年屬以下其中一個年級組別：

• 高小組：就讀於小學4-6年級的學生;
• 初中組：就讀於中學1-3年級／7-9年級的學生;
• 高中組：就讀於中學4-6年級／10-12年級的學生;
• 大學組：全日制學士學位學生。

於2024年6月1日未滿十八歲的參加者在報名時須同時填妥及提交由家長／監護人同意書，該同意書設於本活動網站。

作品主題：

參加活動的作品需以任何一個或以上的 SDGs 為主題。

照片規格及其他細則：

1. 1. 照片必須保存為 JPEG 或 PNG 格式。

1. 1. 照片檔的大小不能超過35MB，也不能小於300KB。 超出這些限制的照片將自動被取消資格。

1. 1. 照片拍攝地點必須在澳門（指澳門半島、氹仔、路氹及路環地區）或橫琴粵澳深度合作區。

1. 1. 照片須附上100字以內的中文或英文說明文字，以充分傳達照片對可持續發展目標的表達。

1. 1. 照片須於2024年10月15日23:59（澳門時間）或之前經本活動網站提交，逾時提交的作品將不獲接納。

1. 1. 參加者對照片原始檔進行少量正常處理屬於可接受範圍。不符合資格的照片示例包括框架堆疊，拼接全景，以及經過大量修改的照片。

1. 1. 帶有邊框／簽名／浮水印的照片將自動被取消資格。

1. 1. 主辦單位保留一切檢驗原始作品／來源素材以確認其符合參與資格的權利。

1. 1. 作品一經遞交，任何更改將不予受理，任何作品概不發還。

作品的版權歸作者所有。報名參與本次活動即視為作者允許主辦單位在本次活動及主辦單位未來的活動中以任何形式（包括電子及印刷形式）將作品於任何媒體公開、展覽、複製及作宣傳等用途，而無須向作者支付版權費用。如主辦單位以於上情况採用作者的作品，必須附上其作者的姓名。

• • 參加者提交的作品如涉及著作權或其他任何侵權、違法之行為，其法律責任由參加者自行負責，主辦單位概不承擔任何責任。

• • 參加者完成報名即視為認同並接受本活動規範之各項條款及細則與形式。主辦單位保留最終決定、詮釋及修訂各項條款及細則與形式的權利，而無須作事先諮詢及通知。

• • 根據第8/2005號法律的相關規定，參加者報名時所提供的個人資料，只會用作報名及與本活動相關的用途。於活動期間所拍攝的照片或影片將僅用作與本活動相關的宣傳。
